KN have embraced the use of “Smart Phones” identifying early on the massive quality, time and environmental benefits to be gained from staff having e-mail and web connectivity when working on all sorts of remote and changing project sites. In practice this means project teams can circulate photos back from the work site in real time for feedback. In addition there is immediate and seamless dialogue with queries being responded to and detailed work instructions being received without the need to send people back to a site or the office which saves times and money.
